    2. The Frequent Travelers Program – TFS Club - is open to any individual or company.
  2. I am a Travel Agent. Can I join TFS Club?
    3. Yes, we partner with many travel agents from around the world, who benefit from discounted rates by producing high volume sales.
  3. I am in charge of our organisation’s hotel bookings? How can we benefit from TFS Club?
    4. As a TFS Club Administrator you have complete control over your company’s bookings. TFS Club Membership offers easy and comprehensive way to track your colleagues’ expenses and keep a close eye on your company’s spending and discounts.
  4. How is Trade Fair Services different from the travel agent I use now?
    5. Trade Fair Services specialises in hotel accommodation during trade shows in some of the busiest cities around the world. We secure high volume of rooms directly with hotels nearby fairgrounds or with good transportation connection. Thus you can be absolutely certain that we can find you business accommodation for your next visit to a trade fair in Europe or anywhere else in the world
  5. How can I join the TFS Club?
    6. There are 2 ways to become a TFS Club member:

    a) By sending a request to freenights@tradefairservices.com. We will review your request and your will receive an email with your membership details. Then you will be able to log in and track bookings and cost as a member

    or

    b) By making at least one confirmed reservation with Trade Fair Services. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send your membership details to you and you will be able to log in and track bookings and cost as a member.

  6. Does it cost anything to become a TFS Club member?
    7. TFS Club membership is totally free of charge. There are no joining or subscription fees.
  7. How do I earn TFS $?
    8. a) Every time you make a confirmed booking as a member, you will earn TFS $. When you book for colleagues you also earn TFS $. Each confirmed booking you make through Trade Fair Services earns TFS $ equal to 5% of total cash value of the booking. For example, the total cash value of a booking you make is USD$400. You will earn USD$20 TFS $ for that particular booking.

    b) You will also earn TFS $ through our referral program available to all TFS Club members. Simply refer friends or colleagues to Trade Fair Services and earn TFS $ when they book with us. First booking made by a person referred by you to TFS Club through our "Refer a Friend" program equals to 5 TFS $
  8. When can I start to use my TFS $?
    9. You can start using your TFS $ to pay for all or part of your future hotel bookings with Trade Fair Services as soon as you have accumulated a minimum of 1 TFS $ in your account balance.

  9. What is my account balance?
    10. Your account balance states the actual amount of TFS $ you or your company have earned and which are available to be used as discounts in your future hotel bookings.

  10. Will my TFS $ expire?
    11. TFS $ will expire if your member account is inactive for 18 months. Your member account is considered inactive if you don’t log in for the duration of 24 months.
